1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NP Radar ("the Service"), available at npradar.laxman-poudel.com.np, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

NP Radar is operated by an individual developer based in Nepal ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Service operator.

2. Service Description

NP Radar is a free domain intelligence platform that provides:

• WHOIS lookups for .np and other domain extensions
• DNS record enumeration and analysis
• SSL certificate validation and grading
• DNSSEC configuration checking
• Nepali ISP detection and hosting intelligence
• Reverse IP lookup and domain discovery
• DNS configuration checking and grading
• Bank security scorecard comparisons
• Domain name generation and availability checking
• Domain comparison tools
• Nepal domain ecosystem statistics

The Service is provided "as is" and free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations in Nepal or your jurisdiction
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape data at excessive volumes, or overload the server
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers that generate excessive requests
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the server, backend systems, or other users' data
• Use the Service to conduct reconnaissance for malicious purposes, hacking, or cyber attacks

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

The NP Radar name, logo, website design, user interface, original code, and all original content created by us are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service's design, code, or branding without our explicit written permission.

4.2 Domain Data

The WHOIS, DNS, SSL, and other domain-related data displayed by the Service is publicly available information obtained from official registries, DNS servers, and certificate transparency logs. NP Radar does not claim ownership over this data. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this data complies with applicable laws and the terms of the originating data sources.

4.3 Open Source

Portions of NP Radar may be built using open-source software. Where applicable, the licenses for such software are respected and available upon request.

5. Third-Party Services & Data

NP Radar relies on third-party services and data sources to provide domain intelligence, including:

• register.com.np — .NP domain WHOIS data
• RDAP.org — WHOIS data for non-.NP domains
• crt.sh — SSL certificate transparency logs
• ip-api.com / ipapi.co — IP geolocation services
• HackerTarget API — Reverse IP lookup data

We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or data practices. Your use of the Service may be subject to the terms and policies of these third parties.

6. Disclaimers & No Warranties

Specifically, we do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The data provided will be accurate, complete, or current
• Any errors or omissions will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations

Domain intelligence data is obtained from external sources and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. You should verify critical information through official channels before making decisions based on Service data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• NP Radar and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is zero, as the Service is free)
• We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on data provided by the Service
• We are not responsible for any damages resulting from Service unavailability, data inaccuracies, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abusive or excessive use of the Service
• Illegal or unauthorized use
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Technical or security reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, and 11 shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Morang District, Nepal.

If you access the Service from outside Nepal, you are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
